Dr. Angelicque Tucker Blackmon, founder of Innovative Learning Center, feels your pain–and can help. “We have a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in high school and college STEM courses–and by extension, a career in a STEM field.” Dr. Blackmon, who earned degrees from Georgia Tech and Emory University, has 25 years of experience working with colleges and universities to develop and fund their STEM programs. Those insights have shaped her proposal development strategies and the design of tutoring systems for K12 students at Innovative Learning Center. Supply clients with valid and reliable mentor measurement instruments;

Determine the reliability rating for existing program instruments;

Work with clients to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) in program offering;

Assist programs with writing its Theory of Change;

Create logic models showing program design;

Create infographic logic models of program findings;

Work with clients to accelerate their digital footprint across social media networks through Search Engine Optimization using keywords associated with program intent (mentoring) and findings (high impact–attendance, behavior, social emotional, goal setting, etc)

Create rapid visualization graphics of program offering and of evaluation findings.
