Assessments allow ILC professionals to determine the specific learning preference of children and adolescents to increase academic success. This information is used to construct and execute a learning plan that will increase students’ academic success. We also use students’ responses to survey to understand the impact of a program on their a number of variables to include motivation, academic self-regulation, problem solving abilities and more.
Programs with young people should include measurement of cognitive and non-cognitive variables. Our services are offered to allow us to gain a thorough understanding of your students’ academic (cognitive and non-cognitive) strengths and opportunities for improvement. The information extracted from a battery of socio-emotional, academic, and behavioral tests are analyzed and used in the development of an individualized learning plan that will lead to future academic success.
